Jeff is a courageous coach and life strategist. Jeff is an unleased maximizer, his passion is to come alongside men and unshackle constraints to optimize freedom and opportunity. Jeff is gifted to speak truth and affirmation into other men. Jeff loves seeing other men awaken to who they were created to be and to see them boldly and bravely live out their purpose.
In addition to Jeff’s life strategy work and coaching, he is co-owner (with his wife Jenny) of Spring Back Utah Mattress Recycling, a social enterprise that cares deeply about helping change the trajectory of the lives of their team members as they overcome barriers such as past incarceration, addiction, and/or chronic unemployment.
Jeff is the former director of mentoring with Stone of Hope Youth- a outreach ministry to at risk grade school young men in West Valley City, Utah. Jeff has been married to his wife Jenny for ten years and is father to two children Halle and Rivers and his dog Nanook. Jeff thrives in the mountains enjoying hiking, mountain biking, and skiing. Jeff also loves baseball, great food and exploring new places. Jeff and his family currently call Cottonwood Heights, Utah “Gateway to the Canyons” their home. Jeff was born and raised in Alaska. He and his family go back to play whenever they can.

Jenny Jewett
Life Strategy Guide
Jenny strives to listen and guide wholeheartedly. Jenny is driven to purposefully pursue excellence for greatest impact. Jenny thrives when engaging with other women in discovery and understanding to facilitate awakening and growth. Jenny is fully alive in coming alongside other women in their journey of living out their life’s purpose.
In addition to Jenny’s life strategy work, she co-owns (with her husband Jeff) Spring Back Utah Mattress Recycling, a social enterprise that diverts old mattresses and box springs from landfills by deconstructing them and recycling the components into new products while employing men with barriers to re-entering the workforce ranging from men with criminal records to adults with autism.
Jenny has been married to Jeff for ten years and is mom to two children, Halle and Rivers. Jenny loves high alpine mountains and red rock canyons, traveling, and coffee. Jenny and her family currently call Cottonwood Heights, Utah “Gateway to the Canyons” their home. Jenny was born and raised in Louisiana. She and her family go back to eat whenever they can.
Before this work Jenny worked as a registered nurse and did contract work all over the US from Boston to Alaska (where she and Jeff met).
